Relaxation yoga, or restorative yoga, focuses on deep relaxation and stress reduction through holding passive poses for extended periods, promoting a state of calm and well-being. Restorative Yoga creates peace in yourself and thus creates peace in the world. Diana regularly offers adult classes and family classes at our farm. Adult classes are 1 hour in length. 

Your FUNDRAISER ticket includes:

🌿 A guided yoga session led by a qualified instructor (see instructor profiles on our Bunny Page)
🌿 Leafy green treats to invite the bunnies to visit your mat
🌿 Extra connection time with the bunnies after class

What to Expect:

This yoga experience is part of a fundraiser, raising awareness and money for Heartache 2 Hope. We are offering a reduced rate to encourage people to take part in this fundraiser and if you wish to make an additional donation to Heartache 2 Hope, you can do that at the event!

Yoga with Bunnies takes place in our open-concept workshop space on the farm. Your instructor will guide you through a session that blends relaxation, strength, and mindfulness—while our bunnies explore freely around you. With treats to entice them, they may hop onto your mat, lounge nearby, or even get into a little bunny mischief! Their unpredictable, curious nature makes every session a special experience. After yoga, you’ll have time to hand-feed the bunnies and connect with them a bit more. ● Please arrive 5–15 minutes early to settle in.
● Bring your own mat or borrow one from us.
● If you’re feeling unwell or have an injury, email us to reschedule.
